Eligibility Period: You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Product Condition: Products must remain in their original condition, including being unwashed, unaltered, unworn, and must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Exceptions: Personalized items, internationally shipped products, and specific baby products (due to hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.

Return Method: We offer store credit as a refund method for returned items.
Free Gifts: Any complimentary gifts received with the purchase must be returned along with the main product for a successful return process.
Quality Check: Exchanges or store credit will be processed after a quality check of the returned product.

Exchange Type: We allow a one-time exchange strictly for different sizes.
Out of Stock Items: If the requested size or product is out of stock, you’ll receive store credit instead.

Note: Used products, sale items, or those with damaged packaging or pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Cancellation Window: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order only if the item hasn’t been dispatched.
Non-Cancellable Orders: Once the order is dispatched, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering shipping expenses for both returns and exchanges.
